Problems solved by technology

The main reason for the current situation is that there is no effective means to accurately determine the form and valence of arsenic in the organism, and none of the methods reported in the existing literature can completely extract the arsenic in the organism. Ensure that the valence state of arsenic does not change. Since the toxicity of arsenic in different valence states is different, accurate determination of the content of arsenic in each valence state is very important for judging the mechanism of realgar efficacy and toxicity

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for determining the form and valence content of arsenic in biological tissues and organs. Arsenic in it; (2) Determination of total arsenic content in biological organism samples by ICP-MS. The invention also discloses a method for measuring the content of valence arsenic in biological organisms, which is characterized in that the method comprises the steps: (1) the biological organism samples are sequentially pretreated, enzymatically hydrolyzed and filtered, thereby extracting the valence arsenic therein; ( 2) Determination of valence arsenic content in biological organism samples by HPLC-ICP-MS method. The method is simple and feasible, not only can effectively and completely extract the arsenic in the biological body, but also can ensure the stability of the valence arsenic.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for determining the total arsenic content in biological tissues and organs. The invention also relates to a method for determining the valence arsenic content in biological tissues and organs. Background technique [0002] Realgar is a commonly used mineral Chinese medicine in my country. It has a history of clinical application for thousands of years. The earliest recorded medicine is "Shen Nong's Materia Medica", which can be used internally and externally and has a wide range of uses. The existing national standards include about 460 kinds of prescription preparations containing realgar and cinnabar; currently, there are 10 realgar-containing varieties and 23 realgar and cinnabar-containing varieties included in the 2010 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Among the varieties in the 2010 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, 72 species contain realgar and 94 species contain realgar and cinnabar. Among them, there are ...
