Abstract

The invention discloses a foamed nickel adsorbent based on polydopamine modification, and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: subjecting foamed nickel to pretreatment; then soaking the foamed nickel in a dopamine solution; and carrying out mixing under stirring to allow a layer of polydopamine to be formed on the surface of the foamed nickel, thereby obtaining the foamed nickel adsorbent based on polydopamine modification. The invention also discloses application of the foamed nickel adsorbent based on polydopamine modification to detection of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water samples. The adsorbent provided by the invention can be used for solid-phase extraction of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and the whole extraction process and GC-MS process are quick. Due to pi-pi interaction and hydrophobicity of the surface of polydopamine, the prepared adsorbent has good adsorption effect; since the adsorbent is blocky, the adsorbent can be easily separated from a matrix; and the adsorbent has good stability.
