Abstract

The invention discloses a coating material for preventing concrete from carbonization. The coating material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 10-25 parts of acrylic acid emulsion, 30-45 parts of cement, 30-55 parts of fly ash, 3-5 parts of preservative, 1-1.5 parts of dispersing agent, 0.2-0.5 part of defoamer, 0.4-0.6 part of anti-settling agent, 0.1-0.3 part of leveling agent and 25-30 parts of water. By utilizing the viscosity of the styrene-acrylic emulsion and acrylic acid emulsion, the cement, fly ash and other raw materials are mixed to form a compact slurry, and the slurry is coated on the outer surface of the concrete to form a compact hard protective layer on the concrete surface so as to perform favorable isolation functions on carbon dioxide, oxygen and other components in air, thereby achieving the effect of preventing the concrete surface from carbonization; and thus, the concrete has favorable weather resistance and fouling resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to a coating material for preventing carbonization of concrete. Background technique [0002] Concrete structure is one of the most widely used structures. In my country, about 70% of housing construction and 50% of bridge structures use concrete structure. With the increase of the service time of these engineering structures, more and more attention has been paid to the durability damage of concrete materials and structures. Many engineering structures often cause functional degradation or even structural damage due to durability, which brings unnecessary costs to the society. loss. [0003] Concrete carbonation is one of the important durability indicators of concrete. Because carbon dioxide or water in the atmosphere reacts with calcium hydroxide in cement stones to form calcium carbonate through the cracks of concrete, the alkalinity of concrete is reduced, making the concrete...
