Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method for preparing coal gas with a high heat value by means of pyrolyzing biomass on the basis of double fluidized beds. The device is characterized in that the upper portion of a reforming cyclone separator (1) is communicated with the bubbling fluidized bed (7) via the reforming fluidized bed (2), the lower portion of the bubbling fluidized bed is communicated with the lower portion of the calcining fluidized bed (12) via a second U-shaped return feeder (11), the upper portion of the calcining fluidized bed is connected with a calcining cyclone separator (15), the lower portion of the calcining cyclone separator is connected with a storage tank (14), and a third U-shaped return feeder (13) is arranged on the lower portion of the storage tank and is communicated with the lower portion of the reforming fluidized bed; the lower portion of the reforming cyclone separator is communicated with the bubbling fluidized bed via a first U-shaped return feeder (4); a screw feeder (5) is connected with the lower portion of a hopper (3), and an output end of the screw feeder is connected with an inner cavity of the bubbling fluidized bed. The device and the method have the advantages that the synthesis gas can be prepared by the aid of the device, the yield of tar can be reduced, conditions that pipelines are blocked by the tar can be reduced, accordingly, the service life of equipment can be prolonged, the heat value of the synthesis gas can be increased, and the gasification efficiency of the synthesis gas can be improved.
