Abstract

Honeycomb and light calcium carbonate are added into a polyester chip and then are blended and subjected to melt-spinning. Effective constituents including macromolecule organic matters are contained in the honeycomb, so that the honeycomb can emit fragrance. The dry grinding is adopted, so that the dissolution loss of the effective constituents in the honeycomb can be prevented on the one hand, and the influence of a large amount of water on the subsequent melt-spinning can be avoided on the other hand; the main function of light calcium carbonate is to protect the effective constituents including macromolecule organic matters in the honeycomb and prevent the molecular structure of the macromolecule organic matters from being damaged in the melt-spinning and subsequent fiber and fabric processing processes. The polyester fiber provided by the invention has the advantage that light calcium carbonate can be dissolved to release the effective constituents in the honeycomb so as to achieve a lasting fragrance effect when people sweat, especially in a motion process.
