The invention also discloses a method of preparing the skin external preparation stock solution, which includes the steps of: adding the brasenia schreberi powder, radix glycyrrhizae powder and white fungus powder in water, maintaining the temperature for 1-2 h at 60 DEG C and performing extraction for 0.5-2 h, wherein the temperature is not less than 60 DEG C during extraction, and centrifuging the extract to obtain a supernatant and filtering the supernatant, purifying the supernatant through a polyamide column, and concentrating the supernatant.
