Problems solved by technology

In recent years, the nutritional value and health care function of honey have been gradually known to people, and the demand for honey at home and abroad is also increasing. The production of honey is difficult to meet the growing market demand, so some unscrupulous traders are driven by profit. Increase honey production by mixing low-priced honey, syrup and other sweeteners
This has seriously disrupted the order of the honey market and damaged the interests of regular beekeepers and enterprises
[0003] Aiming at the relatively common phenomenon of honey adulteration, currently the most common and effective identification and detection methods are used at home and abroad, that is, the stable carbon isotope ratio method and the LC-MS / MS identification method of rice syrup adulteration. The instruments used are relatively expensive and difficult to identify. Popularization, and can only identify a kind of adulterated honey in C4 vegetable syrup or C vegetable syrup, and cannot identify the adulteration of these two syrups at the same time, which has its limitations

Abstract

The invention discloses a honey adulteration detection method based on HPLC-ELSD and a partial least squares discriminant analysis method, and belongs to the technical field of food detection. The method comprises simple sample pretreatment, wherein the simple sample pretreatment comprises the steps of adopting a hydrophilic interaction chromatography separation-evaporation light scattering detector (HILIC-ELSD) method to analyze oligosaccharide and isomer components of oligosaccharide in authentic honey and a honey sample adulterated with fructose corn syrup or malt syrup, and utilizing difference of oligosaccharide component fingerprint spectrums of the authentic honey and the adulterated honey to conduct data processing through the partial least squares discriminant analysis method, so that adulteration identification is further achieved. The honey adulteration detection method based on the HPLC-ELSD and the partial least squares discriminant analysis method can effectively identify adulterated honey with C4 botanical syrup or C3 botanical syrup, the adopted analysis instrument is popular, and the method is convenient for popularization and application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a honey adulteration detection method based on HPLC-ELSD and partial least squares discriminant analysis, belonging to the technical field of food detection. Background technique [0002] As a natural substance, honey has a unique flavor, taste and nutritional value. The main components are glucose and fructose. It also contains vitamins, various organic acids, inorganic salts, minerals and trace elements. It can improve gastrointestinal function and immunity. At the same time, it also has good curative effect on burns and scalds, prevention of cardiovascular diseases, promotion of ulcers and wound healing. In recent years, the nutritional value and health care function of honey have been gradually known to people, and the demand for honey at home and abroad is also increasing. The production of honey is difficult to meet the growing market demand, so some unscrupulous traders are driven by profit. By mixing low-priced honey, ...
