Abstract

The invention provides an impact-resistant and ageing-resistant tray and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) grinding forsterite and fluorophlogopite into powder, and adding nano titanium dioxide and nano calcium carbonate, and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixture A; (2) heating and mixing bismaleimide modified benzoxazine resin and rosin modified terephthalic unsaturated polyester resin in a mixing machine to obtain a mixture B; (3) sequentially adding the mixture A, high density polyethylene, polypropylene, a polyphenolic antioxidant 1010, a silane coupling agent, zinc borate, color master batches and dioctyl sebacate after the mixture B is cooled, and mixing; (4) feeding the mixtures in a twin-screw extruder, controlling the temperature of a charging barrel and the temperature of a die head, and extruding and plasticizing to form granules; and (5) placing the granules in an injection moulding machine, controlling the temperature of the charging barrel and the temperature of a spray nozzle, and injecting to form the plastic tray.
