Peat, coco coir, straws, ceramsite and rice hulls form a primary substrate according to the ratio 10:2:2:1:1; lentinus edodes strains are introduced into the primary substrate, so that the lentinus edodes strains ferment and grow in the primary substrate; therefore, a fermented substrate enriched in lentinus edodes mycelium is obtained; the fermented substrate and perlite form a cultivation substrate according to the ratio 4:1; organic soilless culture of cabbages is carried out by utilization of the cultivation substrate; and the growing cabbages are lentinus edodes cabbages. By means of the lentinus edodes cabbage cultivation method disclosed by the invention, soilless culture of the cabbages is carried out by utilization of the fermented substrate enriched in lentinus edodes mycelium; therefore, the cabbages can sufficiently absorb and enrich the component of lentinus edodes in the substrate in the growth process; the growing cabbages contain multiple nutritional ingredients, particularly ergosterol and lentinan; and thus, the cabbages are good and no harm to human health.
