Abstract

The oil-filled emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber is prepared from the following components: (a) a butadiene-styrene rubber water emulsion of which the mass percent concentration is 16-25%, (b) an aromatic hydrocarbon oil water emulsion of which the mass percent concentration is 56-95%, (c) an anti-aging agent water emulsion of which the mass percent concentration is 50-65%, (d) a borate surfactant water emulsion of which the mass percent concentration is 3-18%, (e) H2SO4, and (f) a Na2CO3 water solution. The preparation method comprises the steps of (1) mixing and co-precipitating the components a, b, c and d at the ratio, cleaning with clean water and drying; and (2) dewatering and drying coprecipitated rubber through an open mill.
