Embodiment 1

[0026] Example 1 Preparation of thickened water-retaining agent

[0027] Weigh 30g of acrylic acid, 4.5g of sodium bisulfite, 4.5g of sodium hydroxide, 0.06g of ammonium persulfate, 10g of starch, and 50.94g of deionized water.

[0028] Add appropriate amount of sodium hydroxide to deionized water to prepare a 15% sodium hydroxide solution.

[0029] Add deionized water to the reaction kettle, then add sodium bisulfite, stir, heat up to 65°C, add acrylic acid, ammonium persulfate, then add starch, control the temperature at 65°C and stir for 3 hours, then add sodium hydroxide solution to obtain Colorless viscous paste;

[0030] Dry the paste at 60°C for 15 minutes to obtain an anhydrous solid, pulverize it, and pass through an 80-mesh sieve to obtain a thickened water-retaining agent.

Embodiment 2

[0031] Example 2 Preparation of Composite Thermal Insulation Material

[0032] Weigh 28kg of 9mm lead silicate fiber short silk, 12kg of 9mm basalt fiber short silk, 4kg of 60 mesh basalt fiber powder, 6kg of floating beads, 13kg of 2.8mm perlite powder, 9kg of sodium oxide, and 20kg of No. 425 cement.

[0033] Weigh 0.046kg of thickening and water-retaining agent.

[0034] Put all the materials into the mixer and mix evenly, evenly measure and pack.

Embodiment 3

[0035] Example 3 Preparation of Composite Thermal Insulation Material

[0036] Weigh 28kg of 12mm lead silicate fiber short silk, 12kg of 12mm basalt fiber short silk, 4kg of 100 mesh basalt fiber powder, 6kg of floating beads, 13kg of 3.2mm perlite powder, 9kg of sodium oxide, and 20kg of No. 425 cement.

[0037] Weigh 0.046kg of thickening and water-retaining agent.

[0038] Put all the materials into the mixer and mix evenly, evenly measure and pack.

Abstract

The invention discloses a composite heat-insulating heat-preserving material. The heat-preserving material is prepared from a solid feedstock and a thickening and water retention agent, wherein the solid feedstock is prepared from the ingredients in parts by weight: 28 parts of staple lead silicate fibers, 12 parts of staple basalt fibers, 4 parts of basalt fiber powder, 6 parts of floating beads, 13 parts of perlite powder, 9 parts of sodium oxide and 20 parts of cement 425#. The composite heat-insulating heat-preserving material disclosed by the invention is excellent in heat-insulating heat-preserving performance, is non-toxic, odorless, pollution-free and non-irritating and has class-A incombustible fireproof performance; and during construction, the composite heat-insulating heat-preserving material can be prepared into paste through being added with water and then is directly smeared to the surface of a building, so that the construction is simple and easy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a thermal insulation material, in particular to a thermal insulation material which can be used for inner and outer walls of buildings, roofs, thermal insulation pipes and thermal equipment. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of the domestic economy, the living standards of Chinese people are also rising steadily. A very prominent performance is the vigorous development of the domestic construction industry. More and more people have moved from low-rise bungalows to high-rise buildings. In order to live comfortably and save energy, the outer walls of high-rise buildings are usually equipped with thermal insulation materials. Although there are many kinds of insulation materials commonly used at present, they generally have defects such as poor fire protection rating, difficult construction, poor bonding ability, easy detachment, and poor wind pressure resistance and impact resistance. Therefore, it is of ...
