This invention provides a hydraulic oil comprising: 1) a lubricant base oil having an average molecular weight greater than 475, a viscosity index greater than 140, and a weight percent olefins less than 10; and 2) an antiwear hydraulic oil additive package. The hydraulic oil of this invention has an air release by ASTM D 3427-03 of less than 0.8 minutes at 50 degrees C., and a sequence II foam tendency by ASTM D 892-03 of less than 50 ml. We describe a process for making the hydraulic oil of this invention, and a method of operating a hydraulic pump without pump cavitation using the hydraulic oil of this invention.

High-performance foaming cement and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to high-performance foaming cement, which comprises cement slurry and foams, wherein the cement slurry is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of cement, 10-30 parts of gypsum powder, 10-50 parts of active admixtures, 10-40 parts of mineral admixtures, 1-5 parts of re-dispersible gelatine powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of cellulose ether, 0.2-1.0 part of water reducing agent, 0.1-0.5 part of water repellent and 40-90 parts of water; and the foams are prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of foaming agent, 0.2-0.8 part of foam stabilizer and 30-50 parts of water. A preparation method of the high-performance foaming cement comprises the steps of: (1) preparing the cement slurry; (2) preparing the foams by using a foaming machine; and (3) mixing and uniformly stirring the cement slurry and the foams according to the weight ratio of 1:(0.1-1), and pouring and molding. The high-performance foaming cement disclosed by the invention has high closed porosity and small shrinkage value, and integrates the performances of heat insulation, sound insulation, water repellent, shock resistance, fire protection, durability, low carbon and environmental protection into a whole.

The invention provides a synergistic surfactant composition comprising: (a) from 5 to 95 wt % of a first surfactant which is selected from derivatives of alkyl polyglucosides and mixtures thereof; and (b) from 5 to 95 wt % of a second surfactant which is selected from: amphoteric surfactants, cationic surfactants, anionic surfactants, non-ionic surfactants, and mixtures thereof. This surfactant composition may be used to generate foam that is used for unloading a liquid from a hydrocarbon reservoir. It may be that the liquid unloading of foam generated using the surfactant composition is greater than that of foam generated from the first and second surfactants when they are foamed individually.

The invention relates to a fracturing fluid system used in an oil and gas field, in particular to a fracturing fluid system of CO2 cleaning foam. Compared with the prior art, in the fracturing fluid system of the CO2 cleaning foam, a cross-linking agent is not needed, the foamability is good, the foam stability is high, the sand-carrying capability is strong, gel breaking is easy to control, no residue is generated after gel breaking, the superficial / interfacial tension of gel-breaking liquid is low, and the damage to the formation is less, and therefore, the fracturing fluid system can be used for fracturing modification of hypoisotonic, low-pressure and water-sensitive storage layers at the temperature of 60-140 DEG C.

The method has the advantages that: the conditions are mild; the protein recovery rate reaches 85 to 90 percent; and the salted egg albumen powder after the desalination has high foamability and no saline and bitter tastes.
