The treatment device for the high-salt-concentration organic waste water comprises a combustion chamber, an evaporator, a gas-liquid separator, a first condenser, an aspirator pump, a discharging pump, a liquid collecting trough, a smoke pipeline, a concentrating chamber, a water tank, a secondary condenser, a reactor and a waste liquid pump, wherein high-temperature smoke produced in the combustion chamber is first used for heating the high-salt-concentration organic waste water, a gas-liquid mixture produced by the evaporation of the waste water enters the separator and is separated, and a desalting treatment effect is realized. Separated steam is condensed in the first condenser, and condensed liquid is conveyed into the concentrating chamber and concentrated. The concentrated waste water is jet into the combustion chamber for carrying out incineration treatment.
