preparation example Construction

[0023] The invention provides a kind of preparation method of high temperature resistant yellowing polyurethane, comprising the following steps:

[0024] (1) Under the action of a catalyst, diisocyanate and dibasic alcohol are reacted to obtain a reaction product; the diisocyanate is aliphatic or alicyclic diisocyanate, and the dibasic alcohol is polyester diol or polyether dihydric alcohol;

[0025] (2) chain-extending the reaction product with a chain extender to obtain a chain-extended product; the chain extender is a polyhydric alcohol with 1 to 10 carbon atoms;

[0026] (3) reacting the chain extension product with epoxy resin to obtain high temperature resistant yellowing polyurethane.

[0027] In the present invention, the reaction temperature in the step (1) is preferably 60-80°C, more preferably 65-75°C. In the present invention, the reaction in step (1) is preferably carried out in an oil bath or nitrogen atmosphere. In the present invention, the reaction in the s...

Embodiment 1

[0044] In parts by weight, add 21 parts of hexamethylene diisocyanate and 100 parts of polycarbonate diol into a four-necked flask equipped with a stirrer, thermometer, reflux condenser, and nitrogen inlet pipe, and adjust the temperature to 70°C. 0.1 part of dibutyltin dilaurate is reacted, and the reaction time is 2 hours to obtain the reaction product of the first step. Add 3.5 parts of 1,4-butanediol to the reaction product of the first step, keep the temperature and continue the reaction for 1 hour to obtain the second step For the chain extension product, add 44 parts of epoxy resin DER332 to the chain extension product of the second step, raise the temperature to 100°C, and continue the reaction for 2 hours to obtain an additive-free anti-yellowing polyurethane.

Embodiment 2

[0046] In parts by weight, add 30 parts of isophorone diisocyanate and 100 parts of polycarbonate diol into a four-necked flask equipped with a stirrer, thermometer, reflux condenser, and nitrogen gas inlet pipe, and adjust the temperature to 70°C. 0.1 part of dibutyltin dilaurate was reacted, and the reaction time was 2 hours to obtain the reaction product of the first step. Add 8.5 parts of 1,4-butanediol to the reaction product of the first step, keep the temperature and continue the reaction for 1 hour to obtain the second step For the chain extension product, add 50 parts of epoxy resin DER332 to the second-step chain extension product and adjust the temperature to 100°C, and continue the reaction for 2 hours to obtain additive-free anti-yellowing polyurethane.

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of high temperature yellowing resistant polyurethane. The method includes the steps of: (1) reacting diisocyanate with diol under the action of a catalyst to obtain a reaction product; (2) subjecting the reaction product to chain extension with a chain extender to obtain a chain extension product; and (3) reacting the chain extension product with epoxy resin to obtain high temperature yellowing resistant polyurethane. The method provided by the invention utilizes the reaction characteristics of isocyanato and hydroxyl to synthesize polyurethane that does not produce a quinoid structure, then utilizes the ring-opening reaction of epoxy group and carbamate in polyurethane to graft epoxy resin into a polyurethane chain, thus enhancing the thermal stability of carbamate bond, structural transformation and oxidation cannot occur to the carbamate bond under a high temperature condition, accordingly chromophoric group generation can be inhibited, thereby reaching the purpose of no yellowing of polyurethane under high temperature. The invention also provides the high temperature yellowing resistant polyurethane.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of polyurethane, in particular to a high-temperature-resistant yellowing polyurethane and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Polyurethane, especially aromatic polyurethane adhesives account for a very large proportion of polyurethane adhesives due to their excellent adhesive properties. However, under the conditions of light absorption and ultraviolet rays during use, the film will turn yellow, which not only affects the appearance of the product, but also affect its adhesive properties. The reason for the yellowing of polyurethane is that the aromatic ring structure in the aromatic polyurethane adhesive forms a quinone-type and biquinone-type structure that develops color under light and absorbs ultraviolet rays, resulting in yellowing of the bonding surface and a decrease in bonding strength. To solve this problem, many researchers have done a lot of work. [0003] Tian Wei (Tian...
