Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of emamectin benzoate effervescent tablets. The emamectin benzoate effervescent tablets comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 1-5% of an emamectin benzoate active compound, 10-20% of an acid source, 10-20% of an alkali source, 2-6% of a dispersant, 2-4% of a wetting agent, 2-6% of an adhesive, 3-20% of a disintegrant and 19-70% of stuffing. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing and adding the raw materials into a crusher to be crushed to obtain powder; and (2) adding the powder into a tablet press to tablet. The emamectin benzoate effervescent tablets have the characteristics of being simple to process, accurate to meter, stable in performance, convenient to store, convey and use, good in safety and the like, and meanwhile, solves the problem that emamectin benzoate is easily optically degraded, and the storage period of the preparation is prolonged.
