According to the invention, sodium bicarbonate serves as an alkaline agent, PEG 6000 serves as an inclusion agent, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose serves as an adhesive, lemon yellow serves as a coloring agent, and malic acid serves as an acid agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: including alkaline substances, and mixing the alkaline substances with acidic substances, thereby preparing the effervescent granules.
