Problems solved by technology

[0004] (1) Some treatment costs are high, such as enhanced ultrafiltration, electrodialysis, chelation precipitation in chemical precipitation, ion exchange, etc.;
[0005] (2) Some processes are complex and cumbersome to operate, such as ferrite method and enhanced ultrafiltration method;
[0006] (3) Some treatment effects cannot meet the requirements, such as the traditional chemical precipitation method;
[0007] (4) Some have poor adaptability, such as biological method, electrolysis method, ferrite method;
[0008] (5) Some equipments require large investment, such as reverse osmosis and electrodialysis
However, these adsorbents generally have problems such as low adsorption capacity, large dosage, insufficient removal efficiency of heavy metals, and low recycling.

Embodiment 1

[0039] Preparation of high-efficiency adsorbent: modified activated carbon composition: modified waste crop adsorbent: flocculant weight ratio 60-70 parts: 10-15 parts: 10-15 parts configuration, preferably 70:15:15, while modified waste The crop adsorbent is preferably a modified corn stover adsorbent.

[0040] When preparing the high-efficiency adsorbent in this example, 0.7 g of the modified activated carbon composite, 0.15 g of the modified corn stalk adsorbent and 0.07 g of the flocculant were weighed, and the three were mixed uniformly to obtain the high-efficiency adsorbent. In this embodiment, in order to better exert the inventive effect of this embodiment, when preparing the high-efficiency adsorbent of this embodiment, after the three are mixed evenly, the mixture is compacted into a spherical or round cake shape, and then 0.08g The flocculant is uniformly coated on its outer surface, so when using the high-efficiency adsorbent of this embodiment, after the spherical ...

Embodiment 2

[0060] Preparation of high-efficiency adsorbent: According to the weight ratio of modified activated carbon composition and modified waste crop adsorbent: 90 parts: 10 parts, weigh 0.09g, 0.18g, 0.45g, 0.9g, 1.8g, 2.7g of carbon-SDBS and 0.01g, 0.02, 0.05g, 0.1g, 0.2g, 0.3g of modified waste crop adsorbents, mixed evenly to make 0.1g, 0.2g, 0.5g, 1.0g, 2.0g and 3.0g of high-efficiency adsorption agent.

[0061] In this embodiment, the modified waste crop adsorbent is preferably bagasse cellulose adsorbent, and the further bagasse cellulose adsorbent is preferably composed of 80-90 parts of carboxylated bagasse hemicellulose, 10-20 parts of phosphocellulose rice straw powder and 5 parts of starch. ~10 parts, more specifically, 85 parts of carboxylated bagasse hemicellulose, 10 parts of phosphocellulose rice straw powder and 5 parts of starch. In this example, the bagasse cellulose adsorbent mainly adsorbs metal ions in wastewater through ion exchange and complexation interacti...

Abstract

The invention discloses a high-efficiency adsorbent and application of the high-efficiency adsorbent in heavy metal wastewater. The high-efficiency adsorbent is composed of the following ingredients (by weight): 60-90 parts of recyclable modified activated carbon composition and 9-18 parts of a modified waste crop adsorbent. The high-efficiency adsorbent has high removal rate of lead, zinc and manganese in spent liquor, and the removal rates respectively reach up to 87.7%, 95.9% and 78.4%. The high-efficiency adsorbent provided by the invention has a good treatment effect on heavy metal wastewater.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an adsorbent used in heavy metal wastewater, in particular to a high-efficiency adsorbent and its application in species metal wastewater. Background technique [0002] There are many sources of heavy metals in the water environment, such as metallurgical industrial wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, chemical industry wastewater, electronic product waste, etc. In recent years, many rivers have been polluted by heavy metals. Heavy metal pollution is different from other types of pollution. It cannot be decomposed or degraded into harmless substances by itself. It will undergo morphological changes and phase transfer. After being ingested by organisms in the environment, it will be enriched step by step through the biological chain, and finally enter the food chain. Advanced - human. Mercury, cadmium, chromium, lead, arsenic, manganese and other heavy metals will react violently with proteins and various enzymes in the huma...
