Based on the advantages of good electrical conductivity and good adhesion force of the ink as well as a rich fiber structure and a large specific surface area, which facilitates the attachment of microorganisms, of the loofah sponge, and the like, the ink conductive layer-based three-dimensional electrode material is prepared by coating the loofah sponge with the ink, and can be applied to a biological anode material of a microbial electrochemical electricity generation system. The preparation method is convenient, simple and fast in process and does not need valuable equipment, thus being an efficient, low-price and environment-friendly electrode preparation method; the preparation method is also a novel coating technology, and provides a new thought for efficient utilization of conventional materials; furthermore, a new method is provided for the preparation of the three-dimensional electrode material.
