Method for removing organic matters in water by utilizing three-dimensional electrode electro-fenton and device thereof

The invention relates to a method for carrying out oxidation treatment on organic waste water by utilizing a three-dimensional electrode electro-fenton and a device thereof. The device comprises a reactor shell, a carbon material cathode, an iron plate anode, a three-dimensional particle electrode of a fixed bed, a direct-current voltage-stabilizing power supply, a microporous aeration plate and an air pump, wherein a reactor consists of a reaction chamber and a gas chamber; the carbon material cathode, the iron plate anode and the particle electrode are positioned in the reaction chamber at the upper part of the reactor; and the gas chamber is formed between the bottom of the reactor and the microporous aeration plate. After direct current is introduced, the iron anode is oxidized to generate iron ions, oxygen in the gas chamber is reduced on the surface of the cathode to generate hydrogen peroxide, and the iron ions and the hydrogen peroxide form a fenton reagent to oxidize and remove organic matters in waste water; and simultaneously, due to the particle electrode, the contact area and the contact time of the waste water and the fenton reagent are increased, and the mass transfer effect of the waste water in the reactor is reduced. The invention is applicable to treatment of various types of organic waste water, the equipment is compact, the operation is easy, the whole reactor is easy to control, and the requirements of an actual water treatment unit are met.

Sensing arrangement

The invention relates to an arrangement for sensing ambient conditions in electric equipment. These conditions may include verification of the user, the location of the equipment and various properties of the environment. The invention is preferably applied in mobile terminals. One idea of the invention is to provide a sensor arrangement with a substrate (663) that forms at least part of a sensor, and also serves as a substrate for other sensors (695-698). The substrate is preferably flexible so that it can be formed in a shape which is follows the shape of the device cover. The invention also describes a way to create two- or three-dimensional electrode structures that can be used to optimize the performance of the sensor. When the surface structure is designed to follow the shape of a finger, a very small pressure is required when sliding the finger along the sensor surface. This way the use of the sensor is ergonomic and the measurement is made very reliable.

The invention provides a novel three-dimensional anode material for hydrogen production by water electrolysis. The novel three-dimensional anode material comprises nickel foam loaded N-doped carbon / transition metal oxide prepared in situ according to a liquid-solid synthesis method as well as a three-dimensional anode piece used for hydrogen production through water electrolysis. A preparation method of the three-dimensional anode material particularly comprises the following steps: (1) immersing clean nickel foam into a mixed solution, containing transition metal salt, a silicon source and a nitrogen source, of water and ethanol, taking out the nickel foam for airing, and repeating for three times; (2) calcining the nickel foam piece obtained in the step (1) for 1-6 h at 600-800 DEG C under the protection of inert gas, and then heating for 1-1.5 h at 200-250 DEG C in the atmosphere of O2, so as to obtain a nickel foam loaded N-doped carbon / transition metal oxide three-dimensional electrode. The three-dimensional electrode produced according to the preparation method has relatively low oxygen evolution overvoltage, has relatively high structural stability and oxygen evolution catalytic activity under long-term alkaline electrolysis condition, is simple in production process and adjustable in electrode component and variety, and has wide application prospects.

Device and Method for Multi-Phase Radio-Frequency Ablation

Multi-phase RF ablation employing a two-dimensional or three-dimensional electrode array produces a multitude of currents paths on the surface of the ablation zone. This results in a uniform lesion with a size defined by the span of the electrode array. An orthogonal electrode catheter array suitable for cardiac ablation is used in conjunction with a two-phase RF power source to produce uniform square-shaped lesions of size 1.2 cm2. Lesions of larger size are created by successive adjacent placement of the square-shaped lesions. A temperature sensor at the electrode tip allows monitoring of ablation temperature and regulation of thereof to minimize the electrode tips from being fouled by coagulum. In another embodiment, an external auxiliary electrode is used in combination with the catheter electrodes. This also produces lesions of greater depth. In yet another embodiment, ablation is performed with a sequence of elementary electrode-electrical configurations.

The invention relates to an advanced treatment and zero emission process for coking wastewater. The process comprises the following steps: performing ammonia stilling and dephenolizing on the coking wastewater, allowing the treated coking wastewater to enter a regulation pond, conveying the wastewater to an inner electrolysis intensified pretreatment system by using a pump, wherein the inner electrolysis intensified pretreatment system forms an anaerobic biofilter through iron carbon inner electrolysis fillers, and carrying out an iron carbon inner electrolysis reaction and a biological anaerobic reaction; and allowing the wastewater to sequentially enter an anoxic pool and an aerobic pool for carrying out an A / O biological reaction, then allowing the wastewater to enter a secondary sedimentation tank and a later coagulating basin, and further performing advanced treatment on the wastewater in a three-dimensional electrode reactor and an ultrafiltration reverse osmosis treatment system. The coked reverse osmosis concentrated water is treated in a concentrated water recycling system, and zero emission of the coking wastewater is achieved. The process has the aims that dilution water is not added in the conventional coking wastewater treatment process, the coking wastewater subjected to biochemical treatment is subjected to advanced treatment for recycling, and reduction, harmlessness and recycling of the coking wastewater are realized.

An embodiment of the invention provides a device and a method for treating refractory wastewater by coupling an electrocatalytic membrane with a three-dimensional electrode. A method for treatment of coke wastewater, including (1) introducing wastewater into a regulating reservoir into which an acid liquor is added until the pH value of the wastewater ranges between about 5.5 and about 6.5; (2) introducing the wastewater into a three-dimensional electrode treatment device for electrolysis treatment; and (3) introducing the wastewater into a coagulation reaction tank into which an alkali liquor is added until the pH value of the wastewater ranges between 8 and 10, and as a coagulant polysilicate ferric magnesium is added into the wastewater for a hybrid reaction of between 5 and 15 mins; allowing the wastewater to flow into a sedimentation basin for plain sedimentation of between 4 and 6 hrs; and extracting a supernatant liquor to yield a processed effluent.
