Problems solved by technology

The production of carotenoids by Rhodococcus B7740 is due to the unique metabolic pathway of this microorganism. Compared with carotenoids from common higher plants, the structure is quite different, and the structure types are not single. Its unique structure not only endows it with unique activity, but also increases the difficulty of purifying

Abstract

The invention discloses a separating and purifying method of Arctic marine rhodococcus B7740 produced isoprenoid. The method utilizes high-speed counter-current chromatography to separate and purify the Arctic marine rhodococcus B7740 produced isoprenoid. The method has the advantages that the isoprenoid produced by the Arctic marine rhodococcus B7740 is effectively separated and purified by the high-speed counter-current chromatography, so as to obtain three types of rare marine-derived carotenoids; the three types of rare marine-derived carotenoids are further identified by high-precision mass spectrometry.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of separation and purification of isoprenoids produced by Rhodococcus B7740, and in particular relates to a method for separating and purifying isoprenoids produced by Rhodococcus B7740 in the Arctic Ocean. Background technique [0002] Rhodococcus is a kind of Gram-positive bacteria widely distributed in nature. It is abundant in soil, seabed sediment and herbivore feces, and most of them are saprophytic. The genus Rhodococcus (Rhodococcus sp.) was established by Zoof in 1891. Since its establishment, its taxonomic status has been uncertain. Currently, Rhodococcus belongs to Actinobacteria, Actinobacteria, Actinobacteridae, Actinomycetales, Croynebacterineae, Nocardia Nocardiaceae, Rhodococcus. [0003] At present, there are many studies on Rhodococcus erythropolis at home and abroad, mainly focusing on its biodegradability research and molecular research, but there are few studies on the isoprenoid subst...
