disease resistance, yield increase and quality improvement of
fritillaria taipaiensis, which is characterized by comprising the following specific steps: a, aseptically collecting samples from
rhizosphere soil and endophytic tissues of
fritillaria taipaiensis to ensure representativeness and no
pollution of the samples; b, separating, purifying and identifying actinomycetes in the sample by utilizing a traditional
microorganism separation and purification technology and combining a 16S rDNA sequencing technology, and constructing a comprehensive actinomycetes resource
library; c, by constructing a multi-dimensional
biological activity screening
system, indigenous actinomycetes with remarkable activity promoting performance are screened and applied, and the prepared compound
microbial agent can remarkably improve root development,
photosynthesis efficiency and
nutrient absorption capacity of the
fritillaria taipaiensis. In a field test, the
plant height, the leaf area and the root
biomass of the
fritillaria taipaiensis to which the
microbial agent is applied are remarkably increased, so that the overall growth and development of the
plant are promoted.
