Abstract

The method includes the steps that sodium carbonate and dolomite powder serve as activators of silicon in the chicken manure ash, chicken manure, sodium carbonate and dolomite powder are mixed evenly in the weight ratio of 1:0.2:0.1, the mixture is calcinated at 800 DEG C, calcium lignosulfonate is added as a grinding aid, ball milling is conducted, then the mixture passes through a 100-mesh sieve and is cooled and packaged, and the silicon fertilizer produced by using the chicken manure ash is obtained. The pH of the fertilizer is 10-12, the content of effective SiO2 is more than or equal to 20wt%, the content of CaO is more than or equal to 10wt%, and the content of heavy metal (Cd, Cr, Pb, As and Hg) content is lower than the content required by the national standard.
