The preparation method comprises the steps of weighing the high-viscosity attapulgite clay, the porous attapulgite clay, the kieselguhr, the nanometer aluminum oxide and the porous aluminum titanate, and crushing and ball-milling the same to acquire a mixture a1; mixing the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, the olylactic acid and the polypropylene with the mixture a1, the limestone and the sodium carbonate to prepare granules; and then foaming and molding the dedusting membrane granules, and then forming zinc oxide loaded on the surface of the membrane, namely a shell.
