Abstract

The invention discloses scribing liquid. The scribing liquid comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 1 to 3 percent of a surfactant, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of an extreme pressure agent, 4 to 6 percent of a lubricating agent and the balance of deionized water.
