Problems solved by technology

[0004] Existing patents (CN 10228853 B; CN 101983580 A; CN 102715377 A) and the feed formula of artificially raising Monochamus alternatus described in the published article "Indoor artificial feeding of Monochamus alternatus and its biological characteristics observation" And the preparation method, due to the selection of some high-priced components such as cholesterol and casein and the selection of the preparation method, the cost is high, and the single pine wood chips are not suitable for the growth and development of Monochamus alternatus I and II instar larvae, which still need to be improved

Abstract

The invention provides an artificial feed for larva of monochamus alternatus and a preparing method thereof. The feed comprises: 45-60 parts of sawdust, 85-110 parts of bast powder, 35-45 parts of saccharose, 20-30 parts of dried yeast, 45-70 parts of bran, 25-35 parts of agar, 3.5-4.0 parts of sodium benzoate, 1.5-2.0 parts of sorbic acid, 8-15 parts of shrimp shell powder, 250-350 parts of distilled water. The adopted preparing method can better control the physicochemical property of the feed, and the operation is simple and adapted to preparation under experiment conditions and growth requirements of larva. As compared with larva fed by other artificial feeds, the larva of monochamus alternatus at ages I and II fed by this formula grow fast, and have strong activity and huge body, thereby facilitating follow-up growth and passage breeding of the larva. The growth of the monochamus alternatus can be adjusted and controlled under an artificially controlled environment condition, so that monochamus alternates of different ages and insect states can be hold at the same, so as to provide long-term stable longicorn groups for the experiment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of monochamus monochamus feeding, and in particular relates to an artificial feed for young larvae of monochamus monochamus and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Monochamus alternatus is a major forestry pest in my country, which directly or indirectly causes huge economic losses every year. In addition to the direct damage to pine trees caused by its larvae eating pine trunks and adults eating bark, it is also an effective host for pine wood nematodes that cause "pine cancer" - pine wood nematode disease. Each monochamus can carry up to hundreds of thousands of pine wood nematodes. Therefore, the control of Monochamus alternata can not only directly reduce the pest damage of pine trees, but also indirectly and effectively reduce the occurrence of pine wood nematode disease and protect precious forest resources. Among the currently applied control measures for Monochamus alternatu...
