Abstract

The method comprises the following steps of (1) stirring, mixing and dissolving sodium metaaluminate, calcium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide and deionized water according to the mol ratio of 1:(1 to 2):5:(100 to 200); (2) dripping basic silica sol into the solution obtained in the step (1) drip by drip according to the silicon to aluminum ratio being 40:1; performing room temperature stirring on the obtained mixture; (3) putting the stirred solution into a hydrothermal reactor; performing heat insulation for 20 to 24h at 160 to 180 DEG ; (4) using a centrifugal separation machine or a vacuum pumping and filtering device to perform water washing on the obtained products until the products are in a neutral state; (5) drying the products subjected to water washing, and obtaining the asphalt VOCs inhibitor.
