Embodiment 1

[0024] 30 parts of C3-C6 fusel alcohol (27 parts of propylene glycol, 1 part of butanol, 1 part of pentanol and 1 part of cyclohexanol) and 3 parts of vinyl alcohol were stirred to form a first solution; 3 parts of acrylic acid, heated to 60°C, stirred and reacted for 1.5 hours to make it uniform, filtered, and the precipitate was removed; the solution was heated to 80°C, and 3 parts of alkyl imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt (1-N-hydroxyethyl base-2-alkyl imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt), dissolve it and cool to 25°C; add 5 parts of methylisothiazolinone and 5 parts of octylisothiazolinone into the solution, and stir to obtain a fungicide .

Embodiment 2

[0026] 30 parts of C3-C6 fusel alcohol (20 parts of propylene glycol, 5 parts of butanol, 3 parts of pentanol and 2 parts of cyclohexanol) and 3 parts of vinyl alcohol were stirred to form a first solution; 3 parts of acrylic acid, heated to 60°C, stirred and reacted for 1.5 hours to make it uniform, filtered, and the precipitate was removed; the solution was heated to 80°C, and 3 parts of alkyl imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt (1-N-hydroxyethyl base-2-alkyl imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt), dissolve it and cool to 25°C; add 5 parts of methylisothiazolinone and 5 parts of octylisothiazolinone into the solution, and stir to obtain a fungicide .

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of sterilization of aviation kerosene and in particular relates to a fungicide and a preparation method thereof. The fungicide is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 1 to 10 parts of methylisothiazolinone, 1 to 10 parts of 2-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, 1 to 5 parts of alkyl imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt, 1 to 5 parts of vinyl alcohol, 1 to 5 parts of acrylic acid and 20 to 50 parts of C3 to C6 fusel. According to the fungicide and the preparation method thereof, provided by the invention, the killing problem of bacteria and fungi in the aviation kerosene is effectively solved and the problem of an existing aviation kerosene fungicide that sterilization capabilities of a water phase and an oil phase are not balanced is solved. The fungicide provided by the invention has a sterilization and purification effect on aviation kerosene which is polluted by the bacteria and the fungi and has a prevention and protection effect on aviation kerosene which is not polluted by the bacteria and the fungi. In a sterilization process, the quality of the original aviation kerosene is not influenced and secondary pollution is not generated.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of aviation kerosene sterilization, in particular to an aviation kerosene bactericide and its preparation and application. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of transportation industries such as aviation, automobiles and ships, more and more fuel is used. The greater the harm caused by microbial contamination. Microorganisms severely corrode and damage aircraft fuel tanks, and even cause fuel tank perforation and oil leakage, seriously endangering personal safety. Through the separation and purification of microorganisms in aviation kerosene, the types of microorganisms, the main harmful fungi and the corrosion mechanism of microorganisms to aircraft fuel tanks were studied, and effective control measures were proposed. Studies have shown that the types of polluting microorganisms in aviation kerosene mainly include fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes, which can cause pipeline blockage and corros...
