The composite material is prepared from the ingredients: 33-55 parts of PC, 20-30 parts of PET, 5-10 parts of nano kaolin, 3-5 parts of barium sulfate, 10-15 parts of halogen-free flame retardant, 5-8 parts of toughening agent, 2-4 parts of compatibilizer, 0.3-0.5 part of antioxidant, 0.3-0.5 part of ester exchange inhibitor, 0.5-1.5 parts of nucleating agent, 0.3-0.5 part of lubricant and 0.4-0.8 part of high-glossiness auxiliaries. The high-glossiness and high-impact 5VA flame-retardant PC/PET/nano-kaolin composite material prepared by the method provided by the invention has very high weather resistance, flame retardance and high-impact property and has a very good resisting effect on solvents, oil stains and other chemicals.
