The method comprises the steps such as pretreatment of raw materials, membrane filtration, enzymolysis, decoloration, desalination, concentration, chromatographic separation, concentration, drying, crushing and packaging. The content of XOS2-4 in an obtained xylo-oligosaccharide product disclosed by the invention can reach 65 percent or above and the content of XOS2-7 in the xylo-oligosaccharide product can reach 95 percent or above. The quality of the xylo-oligosaccharide product disclosed by the invention can meet standard requirements of the xylo-oligosaccharide industry; meanwhile, according to the method disclosed by the invention, the bagasse paper pulp black liquor is used as an extracting raw material for the xylo-oligosaccharide product, so that the recovery of sodium hydroxide in the black liquor can be realized, the impurity xylan which needs to be removed can also be fully used, further the production cost of the xylo-oligosaccharide product is greatly reduced, efficient utilization of bagasse is realized, and the utilization value of the bagasse is improved.
