Abstract

The invention discloses a fiber cement product and a production method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) performing dry desulfurization and denitrification on flue gas by adoptinga flue gas treating agent to obtain by-products, wherein the flue gas treating agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-25 parts of nano metal oxide, 10-25 parts of micro metaloxide and 40-60 parts of magnesium oxide; (2) mixing the by-products with industrial waste water to obtain slurry, and then uniformly mixing the slurry with magnesium oxide, fibers, coal ash, slag powder and additives to obtain a mixture; and (3) preparing the mixture into a green body, then curing, drying and sanding to obtain the fiber cement product. The invention can realize integrated treatment of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification, waste water and solid waste, and the qualified fiber cement product can be obtained.
