Problems solved by technology

In the present invention, two or more flocculants are mixed or reacted to form a composite flocculant for application. The different functions of different flocculants form a synergistic effect, which can overcome many shortcomings of using a single flocculant, realize complementary advantages, enhance the flocculation efficiency of flocculants, and reduce the amount of flocculants and water treatment costs.

Abstract

The invention discloses a papermaking wastewater treatment agent and a method for treating papermaking wastewater by using same. The papermaking wastewater treatment agent is prepared from an iron ionflocculant, a polyacrylamide flocculant, activated carbon, phyllosilicate, and the like. The method for treating the papermaking wastewater comprises the following steps: (1) adding lime milk into the papermaking wastewater, and adjusting the pH value to 7-11; then, adding the papermaking wastewater treatment agent and stirring; (2) when large flocculation is formed in the wastewater, stopping stirring, standing for settling, separating floccules in circulating water, and enabling the treated wastewater to enter next circulation for treating; (3) measuring the chemical oxygen demand (COD), suspended solids (SS) and chrominance index of the treated wastewater. The papermaking wastewater treatment agent disclosed by the invention has a good treatment effect on the papermaking wastewater, and is good in stability; the water quality of the papermaking wastewater treated by using the papermaking wastewater treatment agent meets emission standards.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of industrial wastewater treatment, and in particular relates to a papermaking wastewater treatment agent and a method for treating papermaking wastewater. Background technique [0002] The paper industry discharges a large amount of wastewater during the production process, which seriously endangers the living environment of aquatic organisms, plants and human beings, and destroys the utilization value of water resources. At present, many paper industries at home and abroad use chemical oxidation method + flocculation sedimentation method or flocculation sedimentation method + anaerobic-aerobic biochemical method as a method for treating wastewater. It is inevitable to use water treatment chemicals to control water pollution, and flocculants are the most used category in water treatment. In the treatment of papermaking wastewater, flocculation gathers colloidal substances and small suspended particles into large agg...
