Abstract

The invention provides an extraction method of microalgae grease. The extraction method comprises the following steps: adding an appropriate amount of phosphate buffer solution into microalgae, uniformly stirring, and introducing CO2 gas for 10 to 60 min; then adding an appropriate amount of quartz powder, and intermittently ultrasonically processing for 20 to 60 min at the temperature of 40 to 65DEG C; and filtering, reserving filtrate, adding a composite organic solvent into the filtrate, and extracting, thus obtaining the microalgae grease. According to the extraction method, the CO2 gas is cooperated with the phosphate buffer solution to primarily pretreat microalgae cells, so that the difficulty in breaking cell walls is reduced, and the dissolving-out homogeneity of internal substances is ensured; and by subsequently adding the quartz powder, under the ultrasonic condition, on one hand, the cell walls are collided and the breaking of the cell walls is accelerated, and on the other hand, the acidic solution is neutralized, so that the dissolving-out of the grease is accelerated, the extraction rate and the purity of the grease can be effectively improved, and the grease extraction rate can reach 90 percent or higher.
