Embodiment

[0021] This embodiment consists of a sulfate reduction tank 1, a sulfur ion oxidation tank 2, a primary sedimentation tank 3, a sulfate type anaerobic ammonium oxidation tank 4, a secondary sedimentation tank 5, a sulfur sludge dehydration system 6, and sulfurous acid oxidation pool 7, regulating pool 8, closed combustion system 9, scrubber tank 10, tail gas treatment system 11-1, and tail water treatment system 11-2. Run as follows:

[0022] Step 1, adding an appropriate amount of sulfate into the sulfate reduction pool 1; the essence of this step is to introduce sulfate so that sulfate reducing bacteria can work.

[0023] Step 2, the cultured biogas slurry is added to the sulfate reduction pond 1 for treatment, and the generated gas is introduced into the closed combustion system 9; in this step, under the action of sulfate reducing bacteria, SO 4 2- Revert to S 2- , at the same time, consume COD; during the reaction, there will be some H 2 S, CH 4 and CO 2 Generate th...

Abstract

The invention discloses a process for treating biogas slurry by sulfate reducing bacteria. According to the process, the characteristic that the COD needs to be consumed when the sulfate reducing bacteria are used for reducing sulfates is utilized; the sulfates are added into biogas slurry and are reduced to consume COD; meanwhile, the sulfate oxygen ammonia nitrogen is used for realizing the denitrification; next, sulfur ions generated through sulfate reduction are subjected to elemental sulfur oxidization and elemental sulfur combustion to form sulfur dioxide; the sulfur dioxide is washed bywater to obtain sulfites; the sulfites are oxidized into the sulfates; then, the sulfates are added into the biogas slurry to realize the sulfur cyclic utilization. The process has the advantages that the COD consumption and the denitrification are performed under the anaerobic conditions; the treatment cost is low.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sewage treatment system, in particular to a treatment process for aquaculture biogas slurry. Background technique [0002] The aquaculture industry is a major source of pollution in my country. Conventional anaerobic fermentation is used for farm sewage to remove some pollutants and use biogas, and the generation of biogas is a difficult problem. [0003] Biogas slurry after anaerobic fermentation is difficult to be treated anaerobically. If the conventional aerobic method is used for treatment, firstly, because the concentration is too high, the farm cannot bear the treatment cost; secondly, it is difficult to meet the standard stably, making it difficult to stabilize the discharge even if the treatment is expensive. The current treatment is to use it on farmland as a "fertilizer". Biogas slurry is indeed a good "fertilizer", but the continuity of industrial production and the intermittent nature of agricultural productio...
