The water-based preprinting gloss oil is prepared from, in percentage by weight: 50-65% of high temperature resistant water-soluble acrylate copolymer, 2-5% of nano zinc oxide dispersion emulsion, 5-10% of fluorosilicone modified wax emulsion, 0.2-0.6% of flatting agent, 10-40% of deionized water and 5-10% of cosolvent. The main component of the highly conglutination resistant, high temperature resistant and environment-friendly water-based preprintinggloss oil is a water-based substance, and is harmless to human body. As an environment-friendly product, the water-based gloss oil not only can endow the packaging surface with the good glossiness, meanwhile can meet the requirement for 160-220 DEG C laminating temperature of corrugated cases in the preprinting and polishing processes, and overcomes the defects that existing conventional acrylic resin water-based gloss oil can bear a low laminating temperature, the coating hardness is low, the after-tack resistance is poor, the waterproof performance is poor, and the adhesive force is poor.
