Abstract

The invention discloses a composite admixture for increasing cement stable broken-stone crack resistance and a testing method thereof, which belong to the field of a composite material. The crack resistance performance of a cement stable broken-stone material can be effectively increased. The composite admixture comprises the following components by mass fraction: 3% of shell powder, 0-1.2% of calcium hydroxide, 0-1.0% of desulfurized gypsum, and 0-0.1% of mekralon with a volume fraction, and the balance of a cement stable broken-stone graded aggregate. A fiber grating technology is employed for measuring shrinkage and temperature contraction coefficients. The composite admixture uses the gelling effect of the shell powder, calcium hydroxide and water are subjected to a reaction to generate expansion, an internal gap of the cement stable broken-stone material and mekralon are filled with the desulfurized gypsum, so that the adhesion stress performance between the aggregates can be enhanced, and the crack resistance performance of the cement stable broken-stone material can be effectively increased.
