The fast-cured polyurethane elastomer is prepared by mixing a material A and a material B, wherein the material A is prepared from macromolecular polyhydric alcohol, a chain extender and a catalyst, and the material B is prepared from pure MDI and macromolecular polyhydric alcohol. The preparation methodof the fast-cured polyurethane elastomer has the advantages of quickness and high efficiency; after curing, flexible elastic solid is formed; a cured product has excellent adhesion to many materials,the produced products has excellent flexibility performance, and the product has bending resistance.
