Abstract

The invention relates to an emergency cooling system for a supercritical circulating fluidized bedboiler and a control method thereof. The emergency cooling system comprises a heat exchanger, a furnace water circulation cooling device and an external circulation cooling device, wherein the furnace water circulation cooling device and the external circulation cooling device are connected with the heat exchanger correspondingly; when a boiler water supply is interrupted, the heat storage capacity of a hearth and castable in the hearth are continuously transferred into an external circulation cooling device through water from a coal economizer collection box or a water storage tank and a cooling medium in a storage container which are fully exchanged in the heat exchanger, so that the purposeof the emergency cooling of the bedboiler is achieved. The emergency cooling system for the supercritical circulating fluidized bedboiler and the control method thereof are provided, wherein the liftof a furnace water circulation pump and the lift of an external circulation pump only overcome the resistance of the heat exchanger and the resistance of a pipeline, power is not high and a diesel engine driven is not needed, so that the initial investment of a system is low, the operation and maintenance workload of a later-stage equipment is low.
