branch lines, distribution transformers and a typical low-
voltage side, 10kV distribution line breaking warning information is provided for an operator by means of
distribution transformer monitoring data, and the realistic problem that breaking faults of a 10kV distribution line are difficult to find is solved. Meanwhile, the method can be used in a provincial
power grid operation monitoring center in a concentrated mode, unified operation and maintenance are achieved, 10kV distribution line breaking detection warning of a whole province is achieved, the mode that each
station needs to be provided with a traditional power
