Abstract

The invention discloses an environmentally friendly high temperature resistant lubricant and a preparation method thereof. The lubricant consists of vegetable oil, sulfurized asphalt, sulfonated vegetable oil, triethanolamine and fatty acid methyl ester. The preparation method includes the following steps: 1) performing surface pretreatment on the vegetable oil, the sulfurized asphalt and the sulfonated vegetable oil under 20-50 KHz frequency by using an ultrasonic mixing and dispersing technology; 2) putting the processed mixture into a pressure vessel to perform pressurization treatment; 3)adding 20-30 parts of a silicate solution with a concentration of 10%-15% into a graphite emulsion having the mixture, and processing the emulsion for 10-20 min with a temperature of 200-600 DEG C byusing microwaves until the emulsion is without aggregated particles; and 4) adding the fatty acid methyl ester and white oil into the emulsion processed by the microwaves, stirring the mixture for 1-3hours, and continuously grinding and dispersing the mixture for 2-3 hours so that the lubricant can be obtained. The lubricant is simple in process, low in cost, good in lubrication effects and strong in high temperature resistance, and is pollution free; and the lubricant can significantly reduce instrument wear resistance and torque, and therefore, the joint parts of instruments can be effectively lubricated, and the service lifetime of the instruments can be prolonged.
