Embodiment 1

[0028] A method utilizing lobster shells to prepare biological fertilizers, comprising the following preparation steps:

[0029] (1) Select the lobster shells that have been removed from decay and impurities, wash the lobster shells, drain the water, bake them at 60°C for 3 hours, and set aside;

[0030] (2) Pulverize the dried lobster shells, pass through an 80-mesh sieve, and set aside;

[0031] (3) Pulverize 20 parts of bitter bamboo shoots, add 50 parts of shrimp shell powder in step (2), and stir evenly;

[0032] (4) Add 8 parts of tea foam, 6 parts of bagasse, 10 parts of distiller's grains, 20 parts of attapulgite, and 1 part of microbial agent, stir evenly and place it in a fermentation tank for fermentation. The fermentation temperature is 50°C and the fermentation time is 5 days. Among them, the microbial bacterial agent is made of 0.5 parts of lactic acid bacteria and 0.5 parts of Bacillus subtilis, and the effective number of viable bacteria of each part of lactic...

Embodiment 2

[0035] (1) Select the lobster shells that have been removed from decay and impurities, wash the lobster shells, drain the water, bake them at 70°C for 2 hours, and set aside;

[0036] (2) Pulverize the dried lobster shells, pass through a 90-mesh sieve, and set aside;

[0037] (3) Pulverize 25 parts of bitter bamboo shoots, add 55 parts of shrimp shell powder in step (2), and stir evenly;

[0038] (4) Add 10 parts of tea foam, 7 parts of bagasse, 11 parts of distiller's grains, 22 parts of attapulgite, and 1.25 parts of microbial agent, stir evenly and place it in a fermentation tank for fermentation. The fermentation temperature is 52 °C and the fermentation time is 6 days. Among them, the microbial bacterial agent is made of 0.7 parts of lactic acid bacteria and 0.55 parts of Bacillus subtilis, and the effective number of viable bacteria of each part of lactic acid bacteria and Bacillus subtilis is 10 billion cfu / g;

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a biological fertilizer by using a lobster shell, and relates to the technical field of agricultural fertilizers. The method is proposed based on the problem that a large number of lobster shells cause resource waste and pollute the environment. The method comprises the following steps: washing the lobster shell, draining water and drying for use; crushing the dried lobster shell, sieving the shell with an 80-100 mesh sieve for use; crushing bitter bamboo shoots, adding the crushed lobster shell powder and stirring evenly; adding tea foam, bagasse, distiller grains, attapulgite and microbial agents, stirring evenly and fermenting in a fermentation tank; adding an inorganic fertilizer and chitosan to a fermentation product and mixing evenly toobtain the biological fertilizer prepared by using the lobster shell. The method has the advantage that the fertilizer prepared enriches the nutritional composition of the fertilizer, reduces the rawmaterial cost of the fertilizer, and improves the economic efficiency of the fertilizer.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural fertilizers, in particular to a method for preparing biological fertilizers from lobster shells. Background technique [0002] Shrimp and crabs are a kind of abundant natural resources in lakes and sea areas. In addition to providing people with delicious meat, they also leave a lot of crustaceans for people to be processed. Lobsters are widely distributed in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in my country, including Jiangsu, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shandong and other provinces. After crayfish are processed and eaten, a large amount of shrimp shell waste will be generated in catering consumption. According to incomplete statistics, more than 150,000 tons of shrimp shell waste are generated in catering consumption nationwide every year. Due to the large amount of shrimp shells and no good treatment methods, the utilization rate of shrimp shell powder calcium is...
