Problems solved by technology

The anti-icing coatings applied to composite insulators mainly include semiconductor heating type and hydrophobic type. Among them, the semiconductor heating type is mainly made into a semiconductor by adding conductive materials to the coating. Leakage current passes through, generating Joule heat in the coating, which increases the surface temperature of the insulator to achieve the anti-icing effect. However, the semiconductor heating type anti-icing flash coating is also in a heating state during the non-icing period, which affects the life of the insulator and insulation. The performance has a negative impact, thereby limiting the possibility of its popularization and application; the hydrophobic anti-icing flash coating mainly prevents the supercooled water (fog) from dripping on the surface of the shed to form a continuous water film, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the growth rate of ice coating. Finally, effective anti-icing is achieved, but due to the material formula, the contact angle of the surface of the existing hydrophobic anti-icing flash coating is less than 120°, that is, the hydrophobicity of the existing hydrophobic anti-icing flash coating and the surface contact angle of the composite insulator matrix Adhesion is poor, and field operation experience shows that the existing hydrophobic anti-icing flash coatings still have problems such as poor mechanical properties, fast aging, low service life and easy loss of hydrophobicity, and the comprehensive performance needs to be further improved.

Abstract

The invention discloses an interpenetrating polymer network type insulator icing flashover-preventing coating and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving hydroxyl-fluoro silicone oil and epoxy siloxane in a first solvent; adding a catalyst to carry out a heating reaction to prepare an epoxy blocked crosslinked fluorine-containing polysiloxane solution; then adding a fluorine-containing monomer; stirring and swelling; and finally, adding an initiator to carry out the heating reaction again to obtain the coating. The adhesiveforce of a coating prepared on a compound insulator by the coating is national standard level I, the tensile strength is higher than 5 Mpa and the lyophobic contact angle is greater than 135 degrees. The adhesive force of the coating can be improved effectively by means of the epoxy modified fluorine-containing polysiloxane, and the fluorine-containing polymer structure is low in surface energy and excellent in hydrophobicity. Meanwhile, the interpenetrating polymer network type structure has good mechanical property and ageing resistance. The coating is simple in preparation condition, controllable in process, common in needed equipment, easily available and cheap in raw material and suitable for being produced industrially on a large scale, and has good market competitiveness.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of paint preparation, and more specifically, to an interpenetrating network type insulator anti-icing flashover paint and a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] Composite insulators are widely used in high-voltage transmission lines because of their good pollution flashover resistance. However, due to their short umbrella skirt spacing and small umbrella diameter, icing can easily bridge adjacent umbrella skirts and shorten the creepage distance. Eventually, the composite insulator will flashover and cause the power transmission line to trip and cut off. According to statistics, during the winter icing period of 2010-2017, the composite insulators of the ±500kV Jiangcheng line in my country experienced icing to varying degrees each year, and the insulators’ ice flash trip accidents reached 36 times, which contributed to the safe and stable operation of the Three Gorges power t...
