Abstract

A formula of a PVC insulating material and a processing process of the material are disclosed. The formula includes following raw materials by weight: 100-120 parts of PVC resin, 15-25 parts of a filler, 5-7 parts of reinforcing fibers, 3-4 parts of an antistatic agent, 3-6 parts of nanometer attapulgite subjected to surface organic modification and 1-3 parts of a plasticizer. The raw materials are rich in source and cheap. The process for preparing the PVC insulating material with the formula is simple to operate, can well overcome a disadvantage that insulativity of PVC plastic in the priorart fails to reach an application requirement, and is suitable for industrial production.
