Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing weakly acidic liquid fertilizer by converter steel slag and belongs to the field of fertilizer production. The method comprises: modifying molten converter steel slag with biomass ash, then crushing and grinding the modified converter steel slag, adding the fine converter steel slag into a malic acid-HNO3 mixed solution, carrying out stirring so thatcalcium, silicon and phosphorus in the converter steel slag are dissolved, adding an aqueous ammonia solution into the filtrate, and adjusting pH and ingredients of the filtrate to obtain the liquid fertilizer containing nitrogen, potassium, magnesium, calcium, silicon and iron. The method fully utilizes metallurgical industry waste residues and biomass ash slag produced by the power industry, cantreat wastes through wastes, and utilizes a mixed solution of an organic acid and an inorganic acid to extract valuable elements in the waste residues so that the liquid fertilizer for agricultural production is obtained.
