Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a fluoroquinolone antibiotic adsorbent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving metal salt and an organic ligand in N,N-dimethylformamide to obtain a solution A; 2) transferring the solution A into a hydrothermal reaction kettle, and reacting for 20-30h at 100-160 DEG C; cooling to room temperature; performing centrifugation, washing and drying to obtain an intermediate product; 3) dissolving the intermediate product and cobalt sulfate in an organic solvent, performing magnetic stirring and cooling to room temperature;performing centrifugation and drying to obtain the quinolone antibiotic adsorbent. The pore diameter of the adsorbent is 1.5-3.2nm, and the specific surface area is 698-1,143m<2> / g. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple preparation steps, low cost, high removal efficiency of quinolone antibiotic pollutants and broad application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the application of metal-organic framework (MOF) materials, in particular to the technical field of preparation of a cobalt sulfate-UIO material for removing fluoroquinolone antibiotic adsorbents. Background technique [0002] Fluoroquinolone antibiotics are a kind of synthetic antibacterial drugs, which are widely used in clinic because of their good antibacterial effect, strong effect and easy absorption. As a common drug, fluoroquinolone antibiotics cannot be completely absorbed once ingested by humans or animals, and most of the remaining part enters the environment through human waste in the form of protozoa, causing pollution. Due to the long-term irrational use of such drugs, it will remain and accumulate in the environment, thereby endangering ecological health. Therefore, the adsorption and removal of fluoroquinolone pollutants will inevitably become a new trend. [0003] Metal-organic framework materials are a new t...
