Then, the deionized water, the white mineral oil and the compound emulsifier are mixed according to the proportion requirement, stirring is conductedat the normal temperature till uniform mixing, and accordingly oil pocket water type rough emulsion is formed. Then, the oil pocket water type rough emulsion is arranged in a constant-temperature water bath kettle at the temperature of 80 DEG C, stirring is conducted for 15 min, self-emulsifying of the oil pocket water type rough emulsion is achieved, and finally mixed liquid is arranged at the normal temperature to be naturally cooled.
