Abstract

The invention provides disposable degradable plant fiber tableware and a preparation method thereof. The disposable tableware is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-100 parts of plant fibers, 20-30 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 10-15 parts of modified starch, 4-8 parts of modified calcium carbonate powder, 20-40 parts of waterproof glue and 6-10 parts of carboxymethylcellulose. The preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing, grinding, mixing and dissolving, forming, gluing, drying and disinfecting the components to obtain a product. The disposable degradable plant fiber tableware is non-toxic and harmless and clean and sanitary. The preparation process is environment-friendly and pollution-free. The disposable degradable plant fiber tableware is high in degrading speed in a spontaneous combustion environment, and can be recycled if being immersed into soil as a fertilizer for plants. The disposable degradable plant fiber tableware are easily available and cheap in source of raw materials and regenerative, agricultural resources are comprehensively utilized favorably, and meanwhile, the air pollution problem caused by crop straw combustionis also alleviated, and the white pollution problem caused by use of a plastic product in a large range can be also alleviated effectively.

[0034] The plant fibers are derived from corn stalks and wheat stalks, which are combined in a ratio of 2:1:.
[0035] The modified starch is a combination of modified potato starch and cassava modified starch in a ratio of 1:5.
[0036] The modified calcium carbonate powder is a white powder prepared by surface activation of heavy calcium carbonate or light calcium carbonate, and the particle size is less than or equal to 0.1um.
[0037] The waterproof adhesive is made of melamine formaldehyde resin, xanthan gum, and calcium chloride in a ratio of 1:0.3:0.1.
[0038] The above-mentioned degradable vegetable fiber disposable tableware, its preparation method comprises the following steps:
[0039] (1) Pulverization: After drying the corn stalks and wheat stalks, put them into a pulverizer for preliminary pulverization to a particle size of 100 meshes, and then use an ultrafine pulverizer to pulverize to a strength of 200 meshes to obtain mixed plant fiber powder;
[0040] (2) Grinding: Add modified calcium carbonate powder to the mixed plant fiber powder, put it into an ultrafine pulverizer and grind for 30 minutes to obtain a finely mixed plant fiber powder with a particle size of 300 meshes;
[0041](3) Mixing and dissolving: Add an appropriate amount of water to the batching tank with a stirring device and a heating device, raise the temperature to 50 °C, slowly and evenly sprinkle the carboxymethyl cellulose into the batching tank while stirring, and stir at a slow speed. 5min, then add finely mixed plant fiber powder, polyvinyl alcohol powder and modified starch, heat up to 80°C, and stir for 20min to obtain a mixed slurry;
[0042] (4) Forming: inject the above mixed slurry into the lunch box mold, pressurize it to form, the forming temperature is 170-180 ° C, the pressure is 140 MPa, and the time is 25 minutes to make a lunch box blank;
[0043] (5) Gluing: apply a layer of waterproof glue on the rough surface of the lunch box with a thickness of 0.2mm;
[0044] (6) Drying: drying in hot drying air at 85-90℃, drying time is 2h;
[0045] (7) Disinfection, the finished product is obtained.

Example Embodiment

[0046] Example 2
