Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a polyester hydrophilic antistatic finishing agent emulsion and a product thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps that raw material preparation is performed, wherein raw materials comprise polymerized monomers, an end-capping agent, an auxiliary agent and water; dehydration pretreatment of the polymerized monomers is performed;prepolymerization is performed; chain extension is performed; end capping is performed; and emulsification is performed to obtain a polyester hydrophilic antistatic finishing agent emulsion product.The preparation method has high controllability and a smooth process. A polyester hydrophilic antistatic finishing agent prepared by the preparation method introduces a side long chain polyether in amain chain, a polyhydric alcohol is adopted at the tail end and active end capping is performed, the emulsion product can be widely used for hydrophilic antistatic finishing of polyester fabrics of various types of structures, better decontamination performance can be given to the polyester fabrics, and good market prospects are achieved; and the product is safe and environmentally-friendly, and is convenient to use.
