Abstract

The invention discloses a foaming agent containing an orthoformic acid alcohol amine salt and a carbonic acid alcohol amine salt and application to a polyurethane continuous board foam material. The foaming agent comprises: 1) a first compound mixture (M1) comprising an orthoformic acid alcohol amine salt compound having a following general formula (I): A<->[B<+>] (I), wherein B<+> is a cationof an organic alcohol amine B, and A<-> is orthoformate radical; and 2) a second compound mixture (M2) containing an N-monohydroxypropyl / hydroxyethyl-ammonium carbonate compound having a general formula (II) and an N,N'-di(hydroxypropyl / hydroxyethyl)-ammonium carbonate compound of a general formula (III): (RN<+>H<3>)(N<+>H<4>)CO<3><2-> (II), or (RN<+>H<3>)<2>CO<3><2-> (III), wherein R is a combination of hydroxypropyl and hydroxyethyl, and the molar ratio of the monoolamine compound of the general formula (II) and the diolamine compound of the general formula (III) is from 1:0 to 1:2.5. The foaming agent is applicable to preparation of a polyurethane continuous board foam material.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to orthoformate alkanolamine salt compounds having an anion as a CO2 donor, a process for their preparation and use as a blowing agent, and more particularly, to provide compounds having not only an anion as a CO2 donor but also an organic alkanolamine as a catalytic group. A new type of organic ammonium salt compound with a group and a solubilizing group, a preparation method thereof, and an application in the preparation of a polyurethane continuous board foam material. The present invention relates to blowing agents comprising alcoholamine orthoformate and carbonate alcoholamine salts and their use for (preparing) polyurethane continuous board foam materials. technical background [0002] As a new polymer material, polyurethane rigid foam is light in weight, high in strength and has extremely low thermal conductivity. Automobiles, refrigerators and freezers and other household appliances and other industries. The most...
