Abstract

The invention provides wear-resistant anti-static non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric is spunlace non-woven fabric of which the surface is coated with a wear-resistant anti-static coating; the wear-resistant anti-static coating is a modified acrylic resin coating which is combined with graphene oxide; a treatment method of the wear-resistant anti-static non-woven fabric comprises the followingsteps: (1) synthesizing the modified acrylic resin; (2) preparing nano-zinc oxide; (3) mixing the modified acrylic resin and the nano-zinc oxide, adding the graphene oxide which accounts for 2 to 4 mass percent of the resin and a wet dispersing agent which accounts for 1 to 3 mass percent of the resin, stirring uniformly, performing ultrasonic dispersing for 25 to 30 minutes, then adding a curingagent which accounts for 30 mass percent of the resin and absolute alcohol which accounts for 15 to 20 mass percent of the resin, and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixed coating; and (4) dip-coating the mixed coating to the spunlace non-woven fabric; the non-woven fabric provided by the invention has high wear resistance, anti-static performance and water resistance; and the defects in the existingnon-woven fabric are effectively overcome.
