Abstract

The invention provides a device and method for conducting superfast laser machining of an air film hole in a water jet environment. The device comprises a three-shaft moving workbench system, a superfast laser device, a water jet circulating device and a control system. A to-be-machined sample is fixed into a water container through a specific clamping device. The water container is fixed to a three-shaft moving workbench and connected with a water tank through a drainage pipe. Medium water is pumped out of the water tank through a water pump and flows through a water injection pipe and onto the surface of the to-be-machined sample through a water jet nozzle. Laser transmitted by the superfast laser device penetrates a water jet film and is focused onto the surface of the to-be-machined sample for machining. By means of the device and method, the advantages of traditional air and underwater laser perforating are combined; machining efficiency of superfast laser perforating is guaranteed, and microcracks on the surface of the to-be-machined sample and the inner walls of micro-holes are reduced; accumulated slag and a recasting layer are eliminated; and the geometrical morphology precision of the sample is improved.
